Can I contact support for sizing help?
Can I contact support for sizing help?
Yes, absolutely. Email us BEFORE you order with your measurements and the product link. We'll recommend sizes based on the brand's chart, fit feedback from other customers, and our experience. We'd rather help you get it right the first time than deal with returns later.
Why we want you to ask
The honest reason: Getting sizing right = happy customers who order again. Getting it wrong = returns, refunds, frustrated customers who might not come back.
We'd much rather spend 5 minutes helping you pick the right size than process a return and lose you as a customer.
It costs us nothing to help—but wrong sizes cost both of us time and hassle.
What we can help with
1. Interpret size charts
You send: "I measured my chest at 102 cm. The chart shows M = 96-100 cm and L = 100-104 cm. Which should I order?"
We answer: "Order L. You're at the top of the M range, and jackets worn over layers need room. L will fit better."
Why this helps: Size charts can be confusing, especially when you're between ranges. We'll explain what the numbers actually mean.
2. Compare brands
You send: "I wear size 44 boots in Brand X. What size should I order in Brand Y?"
We answer: "Brand Y runs smaller. Order size 46. Here's why: Brand X uses generous European sizing, Brand Y uses narrow Italian sizing."
Why this helps: You don't have to guess how different brands compare—we've seen hundreds of orders and know the patterns.
3. Share fit feedback from other customers
You send: "Does this jacket run small or large?"
We answer: "Runs slightly large. Customers usually size down for a slim fit, or order true to size for layering room. Based on your measurements (102 cm chest), order M for slim fit or L for layering."
Why this helps: We have data from actual customers who tested the product. Not just theoretical size charts.
4. Recommend based on your use case
You send: "I need work pants for construction. Lots of bending and kneeling. Waist 90 cm, inseam 82 cm."
We answer: "Order size 50 with 82 cm inseam. Construction work needs room to move—tight pants won't work. Size 50 gives you 90-94 cm waist, which allows for comfort during physical work."
Why this helps: We factor in HOW you'll use the product, not just measurements.
5. Suggest alternatives if sizing doesn't match
You send: "My measurements don't fit any size in this brand's chart."
We answer: "This brand won't work for your proportions. Try Brand Z instead—they have extended sizing that'll fit you better. Here's the link."
Why this helps: Better to know upfront that a product won't fit than order, return, and waste time.
What info to send us
For fastest help, include:

Helpful (but not required):

What if we can't help?
Rare, but it happens:
- Brand doesn't provide detailed measurements
- Product is too new (no fit feedback yet)
- Your measurements fall outside all size ranges
What we'll do:
- Contact the brand to get more sizing info
- Suggest alternative products that might fit better
- Recommend ordering multiple sizes to try (free returns)
We won't leave you guessing. If we don't have a clear answer, we'll tell you honestly and suggest next steps.
Common questions we get
"Is this product true to size?"
We'll tell you based on:
- Brand's sizing system (German, Italian, Nordic, etc.)
- Fit feedback from other customers
- Returns data (which sizes get returned most)
"I usually wear size X in Brand A. What size in Brand B?"
We'll compare:
- Both brands' sizing systems
- Actual measurements for both
- Fit characteristics (one runs large, one runs small, etc.)
"Should I size up or down if I'm between sizes?"
We'll ask:
- What product? (Boots = size up, vests = size down)
- Will you layer underneath? (Yes = size up)
- Fit preference? (Slim = size down, room to move = size up)
Then we'll recommend based on your specific situation.
