Yes! You can add products from as many brands as you want to your cart and checkout once. Each brand ships separately from their own warehouse.
How multi-brand ordering works
One checkout, multiple shipments
When you order from multiple brands in a single cart:
- You pay once at checkout for all products
- Brands ship separately from their own warehouses across Europe
- You receive multiple packages on different days—this is normal
Example: You order safety boots from Brand A and work jackets from Brand B. Brand A ships from Germany, Brand B ships from Finland. You'll receive two separate packages with two different tracking numbers.
Why this matters: shipping thresholds
Free shipping applies per brand, not per total order.
What this means:
- Free shipping at €80 per brand (800 SEK in Sweden)
- If your cart has €50 from Brand A and €50 from Brand B (€100 total), you'll pay shipping for both brands
- If your cart has €90 from Brand A and €40 from Brand B, Brand A ships free, Brand B has shipping cost
Planning your cart strategically
Smart ordering:
- Check which brands your items come from before checkout
- Group similar items from the same brand when possible
- If you're €10 short of €80 from one brand, consider adding another item from that brand
Example of strategic ordering:

- 2 pairs of gloves from Brand A (€35) + shipping €8

- Total: €96 (€80 in products + €16 shipping)

- Total: €93 (€85 in products + €8 shipping)
- Saved: €3 + you got an extra shirt
Different brands = different timelines
Order confirmation varies
Each brand confirms independently:
- Brand A might confirm in 2 hours
- Brand B might take 18 hours
- Both have up to 24 hours to confirm
You'll receive separate confirmation emails for each brand when they accept your order.
Shipping times vary
Different brands ship at different speeds:
- Brand A (warehouse in Germany): Ships in 1 business day
- Brand B (warehouse in Italy): Ships in 3 business days
- Brand C (warehouse in Finland): Ships in 2 business days
This is normal. European brands ship from their own locations. You're not waiting for one "master package"—each brand fulfills independently.

Tracking multiple shipments
You'll get multiple tracking numbers
One order with 3 brands = 3 separate tracking emails.
Each tracking email includes:
- Which products are in that specific shipment
- Tracking number for that brand's carrier
- Estimated delivery date for that shipment

- Slightly more complexity in tracking (but each shipment is tracked separately)
What we think is fair: Getting access to the best workwear from across Europe is worth receiving a few separate packages. You're not limited to what one warehouse stocks—you get the full European selection.
What if one brand delays but others ship?
Scenario: You ordered from 3 brands. Two have shipped, one hasn't confirmed yet.
What happens:
- The 2 brands that confirmed will ship on their normal timeline
- You'll receive those packages while waiting for the 3rd brand
- The delayed brand has up to 24 hours to confirm, then 1-3 days to ship
We don't hold up your entire order waiting for one slow brand. You get what's ready first.
If a brand can't fulfill after 24 hours, we'll contact you with options:
- Wait for restock (if arriving soon)
- Cancel that brand's items and get a refund
- Substitute with similar product from another brand
Can I split my cart to save on shipping?
Should I make multiple separate orders to optimize shipping thresholds?
Technically yes, but not recommended. Here's why:
Problems with splitting orders:
- More admin work (multiple order confirmations, invoices, tracking)
- Higher risk of confusion (which order was which?)
- No benefit for brands or fulfillment speed
Better approach:
- Add items to reach €80 per brand within one order
- Think about future needs—if you'll need more work gloves next month, order them now to reach the threshold
- Team up with colleagues: Combine orders with team members to reach €80 per brand
