Yes—and it's way easier to update before you order. Once an order ships, changing the delivery address gets complicated (and sometimes impossible).
Two scenarios, two different processes
Before you place an order (easy)
Update your delivery address in your account settings. Takes 30 seconds.
After you've placed an order (time-sensitive)
You have a small window—usually 24 hours—before brands start shipping. After that, it's too late.
Let's walk through both.
How to update your delivery address (before ordering)
1. Log in to your account
Go to droppe.com and sign in.
2. Click your profile icon or name
You'll find this in the top right corner.
3. Go to "Account Settings" or "Addresses"
4. Edit your default delivery address
- Update street address, postal code, city
- Add delivery instructions if needed (e.g., "Leave with building manager")
- Save changes
5. Done
Your next order will ship to this new address automatically.
Can I add multiple delivery addresses?
Yes. This is especially useful if you:
- Manage multiple job sites or warehouses
- Order for home and office
- Coordinate deliveries for different teams
How to add a new address:
- Go to Account Settings → Addresses
- Click "Add New Address"
- Enter address details
- Mark as default (if you want most orders to go there)
At checkout, you'll see all saved addresses and can choose the right one for that specific order.
How to change delivery address after ordering
Time is critical here. Brands usually start preparing shipments within 24 hours.
Step 1: Act fast (within 24 hours of ordering)
Contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Current delivery address (the wrong one)
- New delivery address (where you actually want it)
Step 2: We'll contact the brand
Here's what happens:
- We reach out to the brand's warehouse
- If they haven't shipped yet, they'll update the address
- If they've already printed the label, it's harder—but sometimes possible
- If it's already picked up by the carrier, it's too late
Step 3: You'll hear back within a few hours
We'll let you know if the change was successful or if the order is already on its way.
What if I realize the address is wrong after 24 hours?
If the order hasn't shipped yet:
There's still a chance. Drop us a message and we'll try to catch it. Some brands take 2-3 days to ship, so you might get lucky.
If the order already shipped:
Unfortunately, delivery addresses are locked once the carrier has the package. Here's what you can do:
Option 1: Contact the carrier directly
If you have tracking information, try calling the carrier (DHL, UPS, etc.) and request an address change. Some carriers offer this service—some charge a fee.
Option 2: Let the order return to sender
If the wrong address is invalid or unreachable, the package will eventually return to the brand. Once it does:
- We'll issue a refund
- You can place a new order with the correct address
- This takes 2-3 weeks (slow, but it works)
Option 3: Coordinate with the recipient at the old address
If your old address is valid (e.g., you moved recently):
- Ask the current resident or building manager to hold the package
- Arrange to pick it up
- Not ideal, but sometimes necessary
What if my address is wrong in the system?
This happens sometimes—autocomplete mistakes, typos, old addresses.
Before ordering:
Double-check your address at checkout. We show your full delivery address for confirmation. If it looks wrong, edit it before completing your order.
After ordering:

Why updating after ordering is so hard
The honest reason: Once you place an order, it goes directly to the brand's warehouse. They start picking, packing, and printing labels—often within hours.
Our role: We're the platform connecting you with brands. We don't physically handle your workwear—brands ship directly from their warehouses. That means address changes require coordinating with brand warehouses, and they're not always online or able to stop shipments mid-process.
What we think is fair: We'll always try to help, but we can't guarantee success after the brand starts shipping. The best protection is double-checking your address before you order.
Tips to avoid address issues
1. Review your address at checkout every time
Even if you've ordered before, confirm the address is correct. You might have moved, or autocomplete might have pulled the wrong saved address.
2. Use delivery instructions for complex addresses
- "Building 3, loading dock entrance"
- "Ring doorbell twice for warehouse"
- "Leave with reception desk"
Clear instructions help carriers find you on the first attempt.
3. Update your default address when you move
Don't rely on memory. Log in and change your default address in your account settings. Future orders will automatically use the new address.
4. Save work and home addresses separately
If you sometimes order for work and sometimes for home, save both addresses. Choose the right one at checkout.
What about international orders?
If you're ordering from one EU country to another, address updates work the same way—but they're even more time-sensitive.
Why: International shipments involve customs paperwork. Once that paperwork is filed, changing the destination gets complicated (and expensive).
Best practice: Triple-check international delivery addresses before ordering.
