Yes, but not in the traditional "order 100 get 10% off" way. Our pricing gets better automatically the more you order over time through our progressive savings algorithm. For very large one-time orders (100+ items), contact us for custom pricing.


How our pricing actually works


Here's the honest explanation: Most workwear marketplaces hide their pricing logic. We don't.


The algorithm: Progressive savings


You automatically get better prices the more you order.


How it works:

  1. Your first order: Standard marketplace pricing (brand's base price + our margin)
  2. Your second order: Small improvement (~1-3% better pricing)
  3. Your tenth order: Noticeably better pricing (~5-10% improvement)
  4. Your fiftieth order: Premium customer pricing (~10-15% improvement)


Why we do this: Repeat customers cost us less to serve (we already know your payment history, preferences, sizing). We pass those savings to you.


Good to know: This happens automatically. You don't need to negotiate, request quotes, or contact sales. The algorithm recognizes your order history and adjusts pricing.


What affects your pricing


Positive factors (improve your pricing):

  • Order history: More past orders = better prices
  • Order value: Larger orders = slightly better unit pricing
  • Payment reliability: Invoice customers with perfect payment history
  • Order frequency: Regular ordering = recognized as valuable customer


Doesn't affect pricing (common myths):

  • ❌ Company size (small teams get same treatment as large corporations)
  • ❌ Industry (construction workers pay same as office workers)
  • ❌ Geographic location (Finland, Germany, Sweden—same algorithm)


What we think is fair: Pricing should reward loyalty and volume, not company size or negotiation skills. A 5-person team that orders regularly should get better pricing than a 500-person company that orders once.

Traditional bulk discounts: When they apply


Scenario 1: Same item, large quantity


Ordering 50+ of the same SKU (e.g., 50 identical safety vests):

Good to know: Recurring customers with predictable order patterns are valuable to brands. After 6-12 months of regular orders, brands may offer additional discounts beyond the algorithm.


What we DON'T offer


Traditional "spend €X, get Y% off" tiers: We don't have published discount tiers like retail stores. Every customer's pricing improves individually based on their order history.


Immediate first-order discounts: Your first order is at standard marketplace pricing. We can't discount orders for new customers who haven't demonstrated order history yet.


Negotiated pricing below brand costs: We work with European brands who set minimum prices. We can't sell below their cost structure.


Volume commitments: You're never locked into minimum order volumes. Order when you need, as much as you need.
