How do I place an order?


Ordering on Droppe is straightforward: browse products, add to cart, checkout, and brands ship directly to you. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days after confirmation.


Here's how it works


1. Browse and add products to cart


Visit droppe.com and search for workwear by category, brand, or keyword. Click any product to see details, sizing, and prices.


When you find what you need:

  • Select size and quantity
  • Click "Add to Cart"
  • Continue shopping or proceed to checkout


Quick tip: You can order from multiple brands in one checkout—each brand ships separately from their own warehouse.


2. Review your cart


Before checking out, double-check:

  • Sizes - Refer to brand-specific size charts on product pages
  • Quantities - Make sure counts are correct for your team
  • Per-brand totals - Free shipping applies at €80 per brand (not total order)


Need help with sizing? Contact us before ordering—it's faster than returning wrong sizes later.


3. Create an account or log in


If you're a new customer:

  • Click "Checkout" and create an account
  • Provide email, company name (if business), delivery address
  • Choose account type: Basic (individuals) or Business/Partner (companies with invoice payment)


Why we ask for company info: Business accounts get access to invoice payment (Net 14 after credit check). Individual accounts use card payment only.


4. Select payment method


For business customers:

  • Invoice (Net 14 days) - Requires credit check via SCHUFA or equivalent
  • Credit/Debit Card - Instant, no credit check


For individual customers:

  • Credit/Debit Card - Instant payment


Good to know: First-time business customers may need 24-48 hours for credit approval. Card payment is always instant if you prefer.

5. Confirm delivery address


Enter your delivery address carefully—orders ship directly from brand warehouses, and address changes after confirmation are difficult.


For team orders: Make sure the address is accessible during business hours. Carriers typically deliver 9am-5pm on weekdays.


6. Review and place order


Final check:

  • Delivery address correct?
  • Payment method selected?
  • All sizes and quantities confirmed?


Click "Place Order" and you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.


What happens after you order?


Order confirmation (within 24 hours)


Here's what many people don't realize: Your order isn't confirmed instantly. Here's why:


After you place an order, we send it to the brand for confirmation. Brands have 24 hours to accept, modify (if stock issues), or decline your order.


Why brands confirm orders: We work with European brands who fulfill directly from their warehouses. They need to verify stock availability before committing to ship. This prevents the frustration of ordering something that's actually out of stock.


What you'll receive:

  1. Order received email (immediate) - We got your order
  2. Order confirmed email (within 24 hours) - Brand accepted it, shipping soon
  3. Tracking email (1-3 days later) - Your order shipped with tracking number


Good to know: If a brand can't fulfill part of your order, they'll let us know within 24 hours. We'll contact you with options (wait for restock, substitute, or refund).


Shipping timeline


Most orders ship 1-3 business days after confirmation:

  • Germany: 2-4 business days delivery
  • Austria: 3-5 business days
  • Netherlands, Belgium, Italy: 3-5 business days
  • Finland: 2-4 business days
  • Sweden: 3-5 business days


Orders from multiple brands: Each brand ships separately. You may receive multiple packages on different days—this is normal.

What if I made a mistake?


Can I change my order after placing it?


Within first 2 hours: Contact us immediately at orders@droppe.com or via chat. We can sometimes catch orders before brands start fulfillment.


After 2 hours: Once brands confirm and start packing, changes are difficult. Your best option is to:

  1. Let the order ship
  2. Return unwanted items within 30 days (free return shipping if unused)

Wrong size ordered?


If you realize you ordered the wrong size:

  • Before shipping: Contact us ASAP—we may be able to adjust
  • After shipping: Use our 30-day returns policy to exchange for the right size


Quick tip: Not sure about sizing? Order 2 sizes and return the one that doesn't fit. Return shipping is free when items pass inspection.

For businesses ordering for teams


1. Coordinate sizes in advance

  • Have team members check size charts before ordering
  • Consider ordering sample sizes first for new brands
  • Document each person's size for future orders


2. Use invoice payment

  • Set up business account with valid VAT ID
  • Net 14 payment terms after shipping
  • Easier than collecting card payments from multiple people


3. Plan lead time

  • Order 1-2 weeks before you need items
  • Account for brand confirmation (24 hours) + shipping (2-5 days)
  • Rush orders may not be possible—brands ship when ready

1. Use size charts

  • Every product page has brand-specific sizing
  • Measure yourself following the guide
  • When in doubt, contact support for sizing help


2. Check per-brand shipping thresholds

  • Free shipping at €80 per brand (not total cart)
  • If ordering from multiple brands, try to hit €80 per brand if possible


3. Try at home, not at work

  • Our 30-day return policy requires items to be unused
  • "Unused" means try at home like in a store—not on job sites
  • Workwear worn outdoors or in work environments can't be returned
