How do I reset my password?


Forgot your password? No problem. Resetting takes 2 minutes—you'll get a reset link by email.


How to reset your password


1. Go to the login page

Visit droppe.com/login or click "Sign In" in the header.


2. Click "Forgot password?"

You'll see this link below the password field.


3. Enter your email address

Use the same email you created your account with.


4. Check your email

We'll send a password reset link to your inbox within 1-2 minutes.


5. Click the reset link

The link is valid for 24 hours. After that, you'll need to request a new one.


6. Create your new password

Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers recommended).


7. Log in

Use your new password to access your account.


Done.


What if I don't receive the reset email?


Here's what to check:


Check your spam folder

Password reset emails sometimes land in spam or junk. Search for "droppe" or "password reset" in your spam folder.


Make sure you're using the right email

If you're not sure which email you used to create your account, try all the emails you use regularly.


Wait a few minutes

Email delivery can sometimes take 5-10 minutes, especially during high traffic times.


Still nothing?

Contact us and we'll reset your password manually. We'll ask you to verify a few details first (for security).


Quick tip: Add orders@droppe.com to your contacts so our emails don't land in spam.


What if I can't access my email anymore?


If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, we'll need to verify your identity before resetting your password.


What we'll ask for:

  • Your full name
  • Delivery address on file
  • Recent order numbers (if you have any)
  • Company name and VAT ID (if business account)


Why we're careful: We're protecting your order history, saved payment methods, and company data. If someone claims they "can't access their email," we need to make sure it's really you.

Security tips for passwords


Strong passwords protect your account:

  • Use at least 8 characters
  • Mix letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Don't reuse passwords from other sites
  • Consider a password manager


Why it matters: Your Droppe account contains delivery addresses, order history, and potentially company payment information. A strong password keeps this data secure.


Good to know: We never ask for your password by email or chat. If someone claiming to be from Droppe asks for your password, it's a scam. Report it to us immediately.


What if someone else reset my password?


If you receive a password reset email you didn't request, two possibilities:


Scenario 1: Someone mistyped their email

They meant to reset their own password but accidentally entered yours. Ignore the email—the reset link won't work unless you click it.


Scenario 2: Someone is trying to access your account

This is rare, but if you're concerned:

  • Don't click the reset link
  • Change your password immediately (use a different reset request)
  • Contact us so we can check for suspicious activity


Important: If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately and let us know. We take account security seriously.


Can I change my password without resetting?


Yes. If you're already logged in and just want to update your password:


1. Go to Account Settings

Click your name or profile icon in the header.


2. Select "Security" or "Password"


3. Enter your current password

We need to verify it's you.


4. Enter your new password

Make it strong.


5. Save changes
