How do I view my order history?
Log in to your account and go to "Order History" or "My Orders." You'll see all your past orders, tracking information, and delivery statuses in one place.
How to access your order history
1. Log in to your account
Go to droppe.com and sign in.
2. Go to "My Orders" or "Order History"
You'll find this in your account menu (click your profile icon or name in the top right).
3. See all your orders
Orders are listed with:
- Order number
- Order date
- Items ordered (with images)
- Total amount
- Delivery status
- Tracking information (once shipped)
4. Click any order for details
View the full order breakdown, delivery address, payment method, and estimated delivery date.
What you can do from order history
Track deliveries:
Click "Track Order" to see real-time shipping updates. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link.
Download invoices:
Business accounts can download invoices directly from order history. Click the order → "Download Invoice."
Reorder products:
See something you want to order again? Click "Reorder" to add the same items to your cart instantly.
Start returns:
Click "Return Item" to initiate a return via returns.droppe.com. You'll get a free return label if your return passes inspection.
Contact support about an order:
Each order has a "Contact Support" button. Click it to reach out about that specific order—we'll already have your order details on hand.
Business accounts: Shared order history
If you have a business account with team members, your order history is shared.
What this means:
- All team members see all company orders (not just their own)
- You can see who placed each order (listed next to order date)
- Invoices and tracking are visible to everyone on your team
Why we do this: Teams need transparency. If a warehouse manager ordered safety boots for the team, everyone should be able to track when they're arriving. No need to ask "did you order those boots yet?"
Filtering and searching orders
Filter by date:
- Last 30 days
- Last 3 months
- Last year
- Custom date range
Filter by status:
- Pending (order placed, awaiting confirmation from brand)
- Confirmed (brand accepted order, preparing shipment)
- Shipped (on its way to you)
- Delivered
- Returned
- Cancelled
Search by:
- Order number
- Product name
- Brand name
What if I ordered without an account?
If you checked out as a guest, you won't have an order history saved.
To track a guest order:
- Check your email for the order confirmation
- Click the tracking link in your confirmation email
- Or visit droppe.com/track and enter your order number
Why this happens: Guest checkout doesn't create an account, so there's nowhere to save your order history.
Next time: Create an account before ordering—even if you don't plan to order again. You'll have easy access to tracking, invoices, and reordering.
How long is order history saved?
Forever. Your order history stays in your account indefinitely.
Why: You might need to reference an order from 2 years ago for warranty claims, returns, or reordering. We keep it accessible so you're never searching through old emails.
Can I export my order history?
For business accounts: Yes. Go to Order History → "Export to CSV" or "Download Report."
This is useful for:
- Expense reporting
- Budget tracking
- Team purchasing analysis
- Accounting reconciliation
For individual accounts: Export functionality isn't currently available for individual accounts. If you need order history for tax or expense purposes, contact us and we can send you a summary.
What if an order is missing from my history?
Possible reasons:
- You ordered as a guest: Guest orders aren't saved to your account. Create an account next time.
- You used a different email: If you have multiple accounts (e.g., personal and work email), check the other account.
- Order was cancelled before confirmation: If you cancelled during checkout or the brand declined the order, it won't appear in history.
Still can't find it? Contact us with your order number or confirmation email, and we'll locate it for you.
