Free shipping kicks in when you order €80 or more from any single brand. Each brand ships separately from their own warehouse, so the €80 threshold applies per brand—not to your total order.
Why it works this way
We partner with European workwear brands who each manage their own inventory and fulfillment. When you order from multiple brands, you're essentially placing separate orders that ship from different warehouses. This keeps our supply chain efficient and delivery times fast.
What we think is fair: €80 is a reasonable threshold for workwear orders. Most safety boots or jackets already hit this mark. For smaller items like gloves, group orders with colleagues to reach free shipping together.
How the threshold applies
Single brand order:
- Order €80+ from Blåkläder → Free shipping
Multi-brand order:
- Order €60 from Blåkläder + €100 from Nitras
- Blåkläder ships separately (below €80) → Shipping fee applies
- Nitras ships separately (above €80) → Free shipping
Shipping costs when under €80
When an order from a single brand is below €80:
- Shipping typically €4.90 – €9.90 depending on brand and destination
- Exact costs shown at checkout before you pay
- All costs displayed upfront—no surprises
How to save on shipping

What about returns?
Return shipping is also free—when products pass our inspection. That means unused items with tags attached in original condition qualify for free return shipping regardless of order value.
