Is shipping free?

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on orders over €80 per brand. If your order doesn't reach that threshold, you'll pay the brand's actual shipping costs.

How the €80 threshold works

Here's what trips people up: the threshold applies per brand, not per total order.

Example 1: Single brand order

  • 3 jackets from Brand A = €150 total
  • Result: Free shipping ✓

Example 2: Multi-brand order

  • 2 jackets from Brand A = €90
  • 1 pair of boots from Brand B = €60
  • Result: Brand A ships free (over €80). Brand B charges shipping (under €80).

Why per brand? Brands ship directly from their own warehouses. Brand A doesn't know what you ordered from Brand B. They're separate shipments with separate costs.

Why €80 and not free on everything?

The honest reason: Brands cover the shipping cost when you hit €80. For smaller orders, shipping would eat into their margin so much that they'd have to raise product prices for everyone—including people ordering larger quantities.

What we think is fair: €80 is roughly 2-3 items for most workwear categories (jackets, trousers, shoes). If you're outfitting a team, you'll easily hit that threshold. If you're ordering just one item to test, you pay actual shipping costs—which is typically €5-€15 depending on your location.

Quick tip: Ordering from multiple brands? Group items by brand to see exactly where you stand on the €80 threshold for each one.

How shipping costs are calculated (when under €80)

You pay the brand's actual cost to ship to your location—nothing more.

  • Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium: Usually €5-€10
  • Finland, Sweden, Italy: Usually €8-€15
  • Remote or island locations: May be higher

Shipping cost displays at checkout before you pay. No surprises.

Good to know: If you're €10 away from free shipping, consider adding one more item. You'll save the shipping cost and have an extra product you might need later.

Sweden: Shipping threshold in SEK

If you're ordering in Sweden, the threshold is 800 SEK (approximately €80).

Same rules apply—per brand, calculated at checkout.

What if I return part of my order?

Important: The €80 threshold applies to your original order, not what you keep.

Example:

  • You order €100 of workwear from Brand A (free shipping)
  • You return €30 worth of items
  • Result: Shipping stays free. You don't get charged shipping retroactively.

Why? The brand already shipped your order based on the original value. We think it's unfair to penalize returns by charging shipping after the fact.

Good to know: Returns always have free return shipping when items pass inspection (unused, tags on). See our 30-day returns policy.

Can I combine orders to reach €80?

Not automatically, but here's what works:

Same shopping session: Add items to your cart from the same brand until you hit €80. Checkout once. Free shipping.

Already placed an order: Unfortunately, orders can't be combined retroactively. Each order is processed separately by the brand.

Quick tip: If you're planning multiple orders from the same brand, place them together in one cart to maximize your chance of hitting the €80 threshold.

Our philosophy on shipping

We think charging actual costs is fair. Some marketplaces hide shipping costs by inflating product prices. We'd rather keep product prices honest and let brands cover shipping when orders are large enough to absorb the cost.

€80 isn't arbitrary. It's the sweet spot where brands can afford to cover shipping without raising prices on smaller items. Most team orders easily clear this threshold.

If shipping costs feel high for single-item orders, we get it. But the alternative—raising prices across the board—would hurt bulk buyers more.
