Where can I find size charts for gloves, jackets, shoes?

Where can I find size charts for gloves, jackets, shoes?

Every product page has a brand-specific size chart. Scroll down to the "Size & Fit" section below the product photos. Charts show measurements in centimeters—not just size numbers.

Finding size charts on product pages

Step 1: Go to any product page

Example: Safety boots, work jackets, protective gloves

Step 2: Scroll to "Size & Fit" section

Located below product photos and description. Looks like a table with measurements.

Step 3: Read the chart

What you'll see:

  • Size numbers (38, 40, 42 or S, M, L, XL)
  • Measurements in centimeters
  • Sometimes multiple measurement types (chest + waist + sleeve length)

Good to know: Each brand has its own chart. A size 42 in one brand doesn't mean the same measurements as a 42 in another brand. Always check the specific product's chart.

Why size charts differ by brand

The honest reason: European workwear brands aren't standardized yet. Some use traditional country-specific sizing (German, Italian, Finnish), others follow EN 13402 (the EU standard), and many use proprietary systems.

What we're doing:

  • Working with brands to transition to EN 13402 (the universal EU sizing standard)
  • Adding clearer measurement guides to product pages
  • Collecting fit feedback from buyers to show "runs small" or "runs large" notes

For now: Each product has its own brand-specific chart. Don't assume your size is the same across all brands.

What measurements to look for

Jackets and coats

Key measurements:

  1. Chest circumference (most important)
  2. Sleeve length (from shoulder to wrist)
  3. Body length (from shoulder to hem)

How to use:

  • Measure your chest at the widest point
  • Compare to chart
  • If you layer underneath (thermal, fleece), size up

Example chart:

Size

Chest (cm)

Sleeve (cm)

Length (cm)

Safety boots and shoes

Key measurement:

  1. Foot length in centimeters (not just EU size number)

Why centimeters matter: EU size 42 might be 26.5 cm in one brand and 27 cm in another. Always check the actual foot length.

How to measure:

  1. Stand on paper with heel against wall
  2. Mark your longest toe
  3. Measure from wall to mark in cm
  4. Add 0.5-1 cm for comfort

Example chart:

EU Size

Foot Length (cm)

39

25.0-25.5

40

25.5-26.0

41

26.0-26.5

42

26.5-27.0

43

27.0-27.5

Quick tip: Between sizes? Always size up for boots. Feet swell during long shifts, and steel toes don't stretch.

Pants and work trousers

Key measurements:

  1. Waist circumference (in cm, not inches)
  2. Inseam (leg length from crotch to ankle)

European sizing note: Waist is usually in centimeters. A "90" means 90 cm waist (roughly 35-36 inches).

Example chart:

Size

Waist (cm)

Inseam (cm)

46

82-86

80

48

86-90

82

50

90-94

84

52

94-98

86

Fit check: If waist fits but inseam is between sizes, choose longer and hem—or wear with boots (extra length tucks into boots).

Gloves

Key measurement:

  1. Hand circumference at widest point (excluding thumb)

How to measure:

  • Wrap measuring tape around hand at knuckles
  • Keep hand flat, fingers together
  • Read measurement in centimeters

Example chart:

Size

Hand Circumference (cm)

7

17.5-19

8

19-20.5

9

20.5-22

10

22-23.5

Fit matters:

  • Safety gloves should fit snug for dexterity
  • Insulated gloves can be slightly looser (allows air circulation for warmth)

High-visibility vests

Key measurement:

  1. Chest circumference

Fit note: Vests should fit close to body (not flapping around). They're safety equipment—need to stay in place.

Over bulky clothing? Size up to fit over winter jackets.

Charts are on every product page

You don't need to search for charts.

Every jacket, boot, glove, or pant we sell has its own size chart on the product page. Just scroll down.

What if the chart doesn't help?

Sometimes measurements don't tell the full story:

  • Is the fabric stretchy or rigid?
  • Does the product run small or large?
  • How do other buyers say it fits?

Fit feedback (when available):

Some products show feedback from other customers:

  • "Runs small—order one size up"
  • "True to size"
  • "Generous fit—size down"

Not every product has feedback yet. We're collecting this as more customers order and review.
