Where can I see my past orders?

Where can I see my past orders?


Short answer: Log in to your account at droppe.com and click "My Orders" in your account menu. You'll see your complete order history with tracking, invoices, and order details.


How to access your orders


On desktop:

  1. Go to droppe.com
  2. Click "Account" or your name in the top right corner
  3. Select "My Orders" from the dropdown menu
  4. You'll see all orders sorted by date (newest first)


On mobile:

  1. Open droppe.com in your browser
  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top right
  3. Tap "Account"
  4. Select "My Orders"
  5. Scroll through your order history


No app required: We're a web-based platform, so everything works in your browser—no need to download anything.


What you can see


For each order, you'll find:


Order details:

  • Order number (e.g., #12345-DE-20240115)
  • Order date and time
  • Total amount paid (including shipping and VAT)
  • Payment method used
  • Delivery address


Order status:

  • Order Received: We've got your order and sent it to brands for confirmation
  • Order Confirmed: Brands confirmed inventory, preparing shipment
  • Partially Shipped: Some items shipped, others still preparing (multi-brand orders)
  • Shipped: All items dispatched with tracking information
  • Delivered: Confirmed delivery by courier
  • Cancelled: Order cancelled (full or partial)
  • Returned: Items returned to brands (after inspection)


Available actions:

  • View full order details
  • Track shipment (once shipped)
  • Download invoice (once order is confirmed)
  • Download packing slip
  • Reorder (add same items to cart with one click)
  • Contact support about this order
  • Initiate return (within 30 days)


Order tracking


Once your order ships, you'll see:

  • Tracking number: Click to see real-time delivery status
  • Courier name: DHL, UPS, DPD, or brand's preferred carrier
  • Estimated delivery: Based on courier's timeline (usually 2-5 business days)
  • Shipping updates: Automatically synced from carrier


Multi-brand orders ship separately: Each brand ships independently, so you'll have multiple tracking numbers for orders with products from different brands.


Downloading invoices


Invoices are available once your order is confirmed (usually within 24 hours):


  1. Click on the order
  2. Scroll to "Documents"
  3. Click "Download Invoice" (PDF format)
  4. Invoice includes: Order details, VAT breakdown, payment terms, PO number (if provided)


For businesses: Invoices are automatically emailed when orders ship. Check your spam folder if you don't see them.


For individuals: You'll receive a receipt via email. Full invoices are available in your account.


Searching and filtering


If you have many orders, use filters to find what you need:


Filter by:

  • Date range: Last 30 days, last 6 months, last year, custom range
  • Status: All orders, pending, shipped, delivered, returned
  • Brand: Orders containing products from specific brands
  • Amount: Orders above/below certain values


Search by:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Brand name
  • Invoice number


Tip for regular customers: Use the search function to quickly reorder products you buy frequently. Type the product name, find the order, and click "Reorder."


Reordering from history


See something you want to buy again?


  1. Find the order in your history
  2. Click "Reorder" button
  3. All items from that order are added to your cart
  4. Review cart (remove items you don't want, adjust quantities)
  5. Proceed to checkout


Why this is helpful:

  • Speeds up repeat purchases
  • Ensures you get the exact same products and sizes
  • Great for teams buying seasonal uniforms or safety gear


Common questions


Q: How far back does order history go?

Your complete order history is saved indefinitely. You can access orders from years ago if needed.


Q: Can I download multiple invoices at once?

Currently, invoices download one at a time. If you need bulk downloads for accounting, contact us at orders@droppe.com and we can prepare a batch.


Q: Why don't I see tracking information yet?

Tracking appears once brands ship your order (usually 1-3 days after confirmation). If it's been longer, contact us.


Q: Can I hide or delete old orders?

No, order history is permanent for accounting and warranty purposes. But you can filter to show only recent orders.


Q: What if I see an order I didn't place?

This could indicate unauthorized account access. Contact us immediately at orders@droppe.com and change your password.
