How do I return a product?
Returns are simple: 30 days to send back unused items with free return shipping.
Why we offer 30 days (not just 14)
EU law requires 14 days, but we give you 30. Here's why: workwear isn't like regular clothes. You need time to try it at home, walk around indoors to check fit and comfort, and make sure it feels right before committing. Two weeks isn't enough for that kind of thorough evaluation.
What we think is fair: You get generous time to try products at home. Brands get items back in resalable condition. That's the deal that keeps free returns working for everyone.
Here's how to return
- Visit returns.droppe.com
- Enter your order ID (find it in your order confirmation email)
- Select items to return and tell us why
- Print your free return label
- Pack items securely with tags attached
- Drop off at carrier location
Done. Your refund processes within 1-2 business days after inspection.
What "unused" means
Try products at home like you would in a physical store:
- Walk around indoors on clean floors to test fit
- Try on over your clothes to check sizing
- Check pockets, zippers, features
- Compare sizes if you ordered multiple
Don't:
- Wear outdoors or in work environments
- Remove safety tags or CE markings
- Use products for actual work purposes
- Wash or alter items
What if a tag fell off by accident?
It happens. Just let us know when you start your return. Send a photo showing the product condition and we'll figure it out together.
Our approach: We're not trying to catch you on technicalities. If it's clear the product is otherwise unused and resalable, we'll likely approve it.
Returns inspection
All returns go through inspection to ensure they're resalable. Here's what we check:
- Tags attached (original safety and brand tags)
- Unused condition (no signs of wear, dirt, or outdoor use)
- Original packaging (when required for safety equipment)
- Complete items (all accessories included)
If a return passes inspection: Free return shipping.
If a return doesn't pass: We contact you with options (keep item with refund less shipping, donate, or pay return shipping).
