Can I return multiple items at once?

Can I return multiple items at once?

Yes. Pack them together if they're from the same brand. If they're from different brands, you'll need separate return labels for each.

Same brand = one package

If all items came from the same brand:

  1. Go to returns.droppe.com
  2. Enter your order ID
  3. Select ALL items you want to return
  4. Print ONE return label
  5. Pack everything together securely

Example: You ordered 3 jackets and 2 pairs of gloves from Brand X. All five items can go in one box with one return label.

Quick tip: Pack multiple items like you're sending them to a friend—secure, protected, all accessories included. Brands inspect each item individually.

Different brands = separate packages

If items came from different brands:

  • Each brand needs its own return
  • Separate return labels for each brand
  • Ship as separate packages

Why? Returns go directly to the brand that fulfilled your order. Brand A's warehouse can't process Brand B's products.

Example:

  • 2 jackets from Brand X → One return label → One package
  • 1 pair of boots from Brand Y → Different return label → Separate package

How to do it:

  1. Start first return on returns.droppe.com
  2. Select only Brand X items → Print label
  3. Start second return for Brand Y items → Print different label
  4. Ship as two separate packages

How to pack multiple items

Best practices:

  • One box or bag - Reuse original packaging or use a sturdy box
  • Protect items individually - Wrap each item or use padding
  • Keep tags on all items - Each item must pass inspection separately
  • Include all accessories - Check each item for removable parts

Don't: Just throw everything loosely in a box. Items rubbing against each other during shipping can cause damage.

Does it cost more to return multiple items?

No. Return shipping is free when items pass inspection—whether you're returning one item or ten.

The catch: Each item must individually pass inspection. If one item fails (worn outdoors) but the others pass, you get:

  • Full refund for items that passed
  • Partial refund (minus shipping) for the failed item

Good to know: Brands inspect each item separately. One failed item doesn't disqualify the entire return.

Returning partial orders (keeping some items)

Totally fine. You don't have to return everything from an order.

How it works:

  1. Keep what you want
  2. Return what you don't
  3. Pay only for what you keep

Example: You ordered 5 shirts to compare sizes. Keep 2, return 3. Simple.

Team/bulk orders

Same rules apply per item. If you ordered 20 jackets for your team:

  • Returning all 20? Pack together (if same brand), one return label
  • Returning 5 out of 20? Pack the 5 you're returning

Pro tip: Only open what you need to verify sizing. If you ordered 20 Medium and 20 Large, don't open all 40. Open one of each size to check fit. Return unopened packages if wrong size—way easier.

What if items arrived in separate shipments?

Doesn't matter. You can still return them together as long as they're from the same brand.

Example: You ordered 3 items from Brand X. Item A shipped Monday, items B and C shipped Wednesday (two separate shipments). You can return all 3 together in one package.

Do I get one refund or multiple refunds?

It depends:

  • Same brand, same package: One refund after inspection
  • Different brands, separate packages: Separate refunds (each brand inspects independently)
  • Same brand, inspections finish on different days: Might get refunds separately if timing varies

Timeline: Refunds process 1-2 business days after each brand completes inspection.
