What items cannot be returned?


Customized products (logo printing, embroidery) and items that fail inspection (worn outdoors, tags removed, washed) cannot be returned.


Non-returnable by design


1. Customized products


What counts as customized:

  • Logo printing
  • Embroidery
  • Personalized text or names
  • Custom colors (made-to-order)


Why non-returnable: Once personalized, we can't resell them. EU law (Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c)) exempts these from return rights.


Exception: Defective customized items CAN be returned. If we printed the wrong logo or the product itself is defective, we fix it.

2. Hygiene-sealed items (if opened)


Applies to specific products:

  • Underwear or base layers (if hygiene-sealed)
  • Certain gloves or protective wear (if sealed for hygiene)


Most workwear is NOT hygiene-sealed. Jackets, pants, boots—all returnable as long as unused.


Non-returnable due to condition


3. Items worn outdoors or at work


Why: Workwear worn on job sites picks up dirt, contaminants, or wear that makes it non-resalable.


Try at home only: Walk indoors on clean floors to test fit. Don't wear to actual work—even once.


4. Items with tags removed


Why: Can't verify size or safety compliance without original tags. Critical for PPE (CE markings required).


Exception: If a tag fell off accidentally, contact us before shipping. Send photos—we review case-by-case.


5. Washed or altered items


Why: Washing changes the product. Alterations make it non-resalable.


Don't wash before returning. We know you meant well, but it disqualifies the return.


6. Items missing accessories


Why: Incomplete products can't be resold as new.


Check carefully: Removable hoods, inserts, extra laces—all must be included.


Can still be returned (despite common myths)


✓ Opened packaging (most items)


Regular workwear: Opening the package is fine. How else would you try it on?


Exception: Safety equipment requiring sealed packaging (helmets, certain PPE). Check product description.


✓ Items from old orders


30 days from delivery—doesn't matter if you ordered 6 months ago. As long as you're within 30 days of DELIVERY, you can return.


✓ Sale or discounted items


Full return rights apply. Sale items follow the same policy as full-price items.


✓ Multiple sizes ordered to compare


Totally fine. Order 3 sizes, keep 1, return 2. That's exactly what we expect.
