Who pays for return shipping?


Return shipping is free when your return passes inspection. We pay for it—no minimum order value required.


Why inspection matters


The honest reason: We're a marketplace connecting you with European brands. When you return something, we need to send it back to the brand's warehouse in resalable condition. If workwear arrives dirty, worn, or with tags removed, brands can't put it back on the shelf. They'd have to write it off as a loss—and they'd stop working with us pretty quickly if that kept happening.


What we think is fair: You get 30 days to try workwear at home. Brands get products back in the condition they sent them. We cover return shipping costs when items are resalable. Everyone wins.


What passes inspection


Returns get free shipping when items are:


  • Unused - No signs of wear, dirt, or outdoor use
  • Tags attached - Original safety and brand tags still on
  • Complete - All accessories and packaging included (especially for safety gear)
  • Resalable - Condition brands can sell to the next customer


Quick tip: About 95% of returns pass inspection on the first try. Keep it simple: try at home, keep tags on, don't wear outdoors.


What if my return doesn't pass?


We'll contact you with three options:


  1. Keep the item - We refund you minus return shipping cost
  2. Donate it - We'll cover donation and refund you minus shipping
  3. Pay return shipping yourself - Send it back at your cost


We're not trying to catch you on technicalities. If a tag fell off by accident, let us know before shipping. Send a photo and we'll figure it out together.


No minimum order value


Big change (October 2025): We used to require minimum order values for free return shipping. Not anymore. All returns that pass inspection get free shipping—whether you're returning a €20 pair of gloves or a €200 jacket.


Why we changed: Minimum thresholds were confusing. If the item is resalable, why should order value matter? We simplified it.


Good to know: You pay nothing upfront for return shipping. We send you a free return label. If inspection fails, we discuss options—but you're never charged without knowing first.


European brands ship from Europe


All brands ship directly from their warehouses in Europe:


  • Finland - Free return shipping to Finnish brands
  • Germany - Free return shipping to German brands
  • Sweden - Free return shipping to Swedish brands
  • Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy - Free return shipping to brands in these countries


Return labels work across EU borders. Drop your package at any carrier location—we handle the rest.


What about customized items?


Customized products (logo printing, embroidery) cannot be returned unless defective. Here's why: once we print your logo on a jacket, we can't resell it to someone else. EU law agrees: personalized goods are exempt from the 14-day return right.


Exception: If your customized item is defective (wrong logo, printing error, product defect), we cover return shipping and fix it. That's warranty, not returns policy.
